Tom Barford (who has appeared with Bracknell Jazz several times) won a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music in 2013. Since then he has performed at many prestigious venues across the country such as Buckingham Palace, Ronnie Scott’s, the Vortex, the 606, The Spice of Life, The Barbican, QEH, Cheltenham Jazz Festival and Kings Place. In 2017 he won the prestigious Kenny Wheeler Jazz Prize.
