Principal flautist of the Jazz Symphony Orchestra of São Paulo, Daniel Allain is one of the foremost flute players in Brazil. We are very lucky to be able to book him just before he flies home in February. With the superb percussionist Aluá Nascimento and pianist Sam Watts, the trio will present a cornucopia of the authentic Brazilian genres which have been such an inspiration for jazz musicians, including samba, choro, forró, baião and frevo.
